Many of the traditional recipes for Super Bowl parties can be like train wrecks for your health with snacks and appetizers that are exceptionally high in fat, sugar, salt, cholesterol, additives, calories etc.

Try some of these winning vegan gluten-free recipes this year .

  9. The pineapple salsa is very similar to a mango corn salsa that is a standard dish for summer meals. I love the presentation of the pineapple salsa in the pineapple. Also, the caprese is gorgeous. Love that dish.

  17. Everything looks so healthy and delicious, but that pineapple salsa is really calling my name. I haven’t had that in years, but I remember really liking it. I had served it on top of salmon and it was wonderful.
