QiGong 10 minute morning exercise for rejuvenation

Self Care is a beautiful gift that only you can give yourself. 
It is important and you need to make time for in your daily routine to relax and rejuvenate. 

I know that we are all busy and it's hard to fit in one more thing. But a 10 minute daily morning or evening routine may make a world of difference in the way you feel and look. 
I know that 10 minutes of a simple QiGong exercise really relaxes me.

I have shared before about my morning routine-

Upon rising- self massage to hands, face , ears, and arms while in bed
Alkalizing Flush: Apple Cider vinegar, water, stevia
1 hour Walk : I walk in the mall at  - no bad weather, dogs, insecticide spray from the grass  to bother me
Green Juice: celery, romaine, carrots, small piece of beet, kale or dandelion, cucumber
10-15  minutes of QiGong watching a video
Skin Brush and Shower;
Herbal Tea and then Breakfast and start my day

The great thing is that there are many free videos on Youtube for all kinds of self care routines -

You can pick a 5-10 minute yoga, Qi-gong, physical exercise, meditation or any routine and have someone to guide you each day! 

or of course you can buy your own videos on Amazon if you prefer

Today I am posting ( below)  about Qi Gong which is a great way to bring relaxation, strengthening to the body, stress relief and peacefulness to the mind, helps you become more limber, coordinated etc. It is very easy to do and these videos can be done on the spot without prior training

      I agree- I find if I don't do it first thing in the morning.. I never get to it and self care is the most important gift we can give ourselves... no one else can

    1. I know,, if only I could do it regularly. I always walk for an hour, but sometimes I don't get to everything

    2. Well, that alone is very admirable, Judee. I haven't gotten my yoga in the last few days and feel very "rusty" as a result. Will definitely do it tomorrow, and then get back in the routine.
