The Taste of Tradition: Our Family Charoset Recipes

There are certain traditional holiday foods that instantly transport me back to my childhood, and charoset is one of them. Every year when I was young, as Passover approached, our kitchen would fill with the sweet aroma of apples and cinnamon as we prepared the ashkenazi ritualistic foods for the Passover Seder. My husband's family ate Sephardic charoset.

Time to take a peek INTO MY KITCHEN and see what's going on this month of April. 

As most of you know, we had some difficult family times last month, so we are getting back to normal but I haven't been doing much cooking or entertaining.
