I've noticed that every year, my neighbors really get more and more into the fun and spirit of Halloween.
I took a walk around the neighborhood and I was amazed with all their decorating.
From BOO-tiful displays to pumpkins and all sorts of spooky surprises, the front yards have been transformed into a Halloween wonderland.
Everyone adds their own creative touch to the season. All these decorations make the neighborhood feel festive and create a Halloween atmosphere for the kids who will be out trick-or-treating on Halloween night.
Can you imagine how fun it will be for the kids as they walk from house to house in their costumes, taking in all the spooky sights and collecting their treats. It also adds some light to the walkways.
Halloween is almost here, and our neighborhood is certainly getting into the spirit Big Time!!

I have not decorated in years since the kids are grown. When I did, it was low key with pumpkins and possibly a scarecrow or witches hat on a pumpkin.

You have some GREAT Halloween decorations there. The three witches is cute. I love the antennas coming out of the ground too - or are they legs or antennas?

ReplyDeleteWe see a few over-the-top houses here, but mostly it’s pretty muted. We don’t do anything, and that seems to be true of most houses on our street. There are not that many little kids in the neighbourhood any more.
