Happy Valentines Day!
Yesterday on my routine morning walk, I strolled along the marina side of Haulover Park (in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida) and saw the sweetest surprise that was displayed for all the boaters. —
A whole section decorated for Valentine’s Day with balloon pop-ups for the boaters to see as they passed by on their boats!
What made it even more charming was the location — the balloons were perfectly placed so that the hundreds of boaters gliding by the marina Intracoastal area on their way to the ocean could enjoy the view for Valentine's Day!!
It definitely put a smile on my face as I walked by on my usual nature path along the Instracoastal .
Wishing everyone love and peace for Valentine's Day!!

Chocolate and hazelnut dipped fresh figs and strawberries. Makes a pretty presentation. If fresh figs are not available, just make the strawberries. The chocolate and nuts are a great combination and a fun project that even kids can enjoy making for Valentine's Day .
I love that sunset too! Have a most wonderful day, Judee.
ReplyDeleteThe balloons are fun and the sunset is stunning.

ReplyDeleteI haven't seen figs at the greengrocer for ages and ages. Strawberries yes, of course. Sadly the most expensive fruit at the moment are delicious cherries.
