IN MY KITCHEN - JANUARY

Sherry at Sherry's Picking hosts a monthly share called IN MY KITCHEN where anyone can participate.

This is what's IN MY KITCHEN right now for January.

I have a few fresh herbs in my kitchen because I wanted to make a quinoa tabouleh salad for New Year's Eve for a dinner party.

Free Garden Plants Garden photo and picture

I made this quinoa tabouleh (which is gluten-free) salad with chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, chickpeas, artichoke hearts, fresh spinach and the fresh herbs.  I love the bowl!

I received this cookbook to review. I'll be reviewing it and making a recipe next week.

This is another cookbook I received to review. I'll be reviewing it in two weeks!

We love these little Halos !

We enjoyed a plateful of roasted vegetables for New Year's Eve.

We also enjoyed gluten-free falafel for the New Year's Eve party that my friend Helaine made!

Roasted cauliflower was also part of the meal.

That's all I have to share this month! I have not bought anything new!

Love your fresh herbs! I've been thinking about purchasing a steel tub and growing a variety of fresh herbs on my patio. I think fresh herbs in cooking elevates the experience and the dish!
